US Global Entry Program for Australian citizens [from 2025]

Got an email to proceed with my background check today. Will update when conditional approval happens.

Had a family friend go through the process as someone who just missed out on Stage 1 but have a TTP application number.

Filed for his background check application at 12:03am AEDT (Had to pay the additional $260~ fee), had notice that his background check was commencing at 1:43pm AEDT and by 2:30pm AEDT it was all cleared, 10 minutes later was showing as Conditionally Approved.

That was quick.
I did mine at around 1245pm today, and is under "Manual Review"... Grrr.....For some reason the system could not instantly recognise my passport page photo, so i guess that is why it is under manual review. (I have zero criminal convictions etc)

Has anyone else experienced a manual review before?

He was also under manual review from 12:03am to 1:43pm

My guess they have a massive influx of applications and they are working through them bit by bit

Glad to know i am not the only one 😬
MyID could not recognise my passport page as well, which was also annoying.
Anyway, thank you for the explanation. Hopefully mine will be processed quickly without any problems.

When I try to I enter my TTP application number for the background check application I was met with this error:

"Cannot proceed, please fix the following errors:
  • ERRINV01: Please enter a valid Trusted Traveller Programs (TTP) application number to continue."

I called the AusCheck / Department of home affairs in Australia and the guy I spoke with mentioned that several people had called this morning with the same error although him and the AusCheck crew had no idea what this error is.

Wondering if anyone has run into the same error and whether there's a solution for it currently or not?

Did you enter the Application ID or the PassID that is on top of the page?
(I entered the Application ID and had no problems)
