Following this promotion with interest. Require 50k for two account and tempted to just buy them however sort of like the challenge of the Grand Slam.

Glad to see its not US only as far as which members can participate, something that irks me with many Priority club promos!

I tried GS last year and it was a mess. Trying manage everything and having the restrictions of what cards to use, unable to subscribe to USA Today, etc...

Anyway. Hummel - just buy the points. Looking at the GS requirements you will need to jump through heaps of hoops to get that many hits and some are total out of the picture for Australia.

Buying 50,000 under the current bonus promo looks the goods. Buy 50,000 for one account then transfer the 50,000 bonus to the other. Total cost about AUD2000.

Hey, where would hits on GS 2011 appear to show you have recieved them? Should they be in like some sort of actiivty statement when you log into your US Air Dividend Miles account??? Just want to make sure my searches on the tool bar have come through and qualified, and also that i have received the miles for several searches done on there before i start worrying about other potential hits...

Yes they appear on your account. Most appear within about a week but some like the searches you mention only seem to post once a month (around EOM depending on rumours on FT)
