The process of getting my entitled points ( general spend not bonus - who knows how long they will take to issue bonus ) from this mob as been an absolute nightmare and a joke.You need to call them a number of times, get transfered from department to department and even get told it's Qantas issue to call them. They always come up with some excuse. Yet you get your Amex points immediately transfered to QF account at due date - amazing how only one application was needed for both cards yet one group can for fill their obligation but another reckons they cannot locate QF number or there has been some other issue in transferring. Then they tell you , "you will get them next statement"- why not immediately .If they know they have issues , which I would be certain they do , having spoken to an operator who acknowledged this ,they should address this immediately and let their customers know.
IMO not acceptable nor professional.
I think this is one for Banking Ombudsman to investigate.
