upgrading flexi to business online (rather than via GCC)?

hi, does anyone know if virgin plans to enable online upgrades of flexi fares to business class rather than via their guest contact centre?
 
Not sure about online, but I've been informed by a reliable source that ODUs in the lounge are on the way.

I did suggest to that source that it would be good to have the ability to request online as well. Perhaps that might be on its way when they move to the new reservation system...

That would be great lounge upgrades. They appear to try to help you out more in the lounge, like blocking seats besides you, moving you forward etc.
