Good Day AFF forum members,

Been lurking around and this is my first post so please be lenient!

Booked a SIN-SYD-MEL-SIN ticket on a 3rd party travel agent. Went to input my QF FFP into the QF mobile app and found my booking. Got on the com and found that the booking was not attached to the FFP and decided to put my AS FFP to accrue mileage (100% compared to a measly sum on QF). After doing so, I realised the FFP on the booking cannot be changed online anymore.

Now that I wish to use 10000 miles to do a domestic reward upgrade, I had gone to the 'Your Bookings' page but the options available were to nominate a member of my family and not myself.

Now there isn't any other link that I can find any 'upgrade flights' option on the app nor on the website.

Can anyone help?

Thank you!

Welcome to AFF.

Why not call /contact the OTA who issued the ticket to change the detail?

You may possibly be able to change it by accessing the booking via the finnair website (manage my booking)

but the agent who booked the ticket should be able to change it.
