Upgrading a circle pacific fare [on SQ]

Hi again,

I have been booked in M class on SQ16. Is there anyway I can get myself changed to a fare class that I can use points to upgrade to business class?

I have a few points to burn and it is a fairly long flight.

Try ringing SQ and asking if you can upgrade that segment into a higher fare class.
