Upgraded from Earth Gold to Platinum, for free

Got some mail from Westpac this week in the letter box.

Westpac are upgrading me from Earth Gold, to Platinum, for free.

There is a comparison list over the page. The only difference it seems between Gold & Platinum is 24/7 Platinum Priority hotline + 24/7 Platinum Concierge Service. It's still $1/point AMEX and 0.5 point per $ on the MC. I guess the travel insurance might be the biggest benefit, I have no idea until l get a PDS.

All in all, whoop-dee-do...
