In theory, you would receive points and SC for the original booking class.

In reality there is always the odd exception...

Waiting to see what happens to a KA flight when CX posts on Tuesday - was ticketed through QF on O but upgraded to J. But was previously upgraded by QF PE to J on LAX-MEL and got J SCs, also missed a QF128 HKG-SYD connection once in PE and was put in CX J, got J SCs there too.
