Upgrade With points LAX query

Hi,

Sorry for the new thread but I was just after a quick answer as it is too late to call Velocity tonight.

Currently in Prem Econ and hoping to points upgrade to Business.

I signed up to expert flyer and they list my flight as having this available.

Business - Award Z Yes

Does this mean there is an upgrade available or am I reading it wrong? (When I search points plus pay nothing is showing as available)

Ok, so turns out they weren't showing because I was looking at points plus pay including my return flight. Looking one way brought the rewards up. Will be ringing in the morning

Wasn't sure how to delete the thread. Wish I tried expert flyer earlier to tip me off
