What are the conversion rates from Altitude points to frequent flyer points?

Do you just need an ABN to qualify for a business credit card?

I can't recall whether I needed to use a business ABN as part of application. Probably did if had to guess.
Business Altitude using the Amex option still earns 3x points converting to 1.5FF points, though do not use for any government purchase including ATO as more heavily penalised than even using Black.
 
Does being WP with QF make a significant difference to being able to secure award seats vs what would be available to someone with no status at all with AA?
