I was at ROK airport last week and noticed a pax. checking in with a normal sized green "wheelie bin" as his "bag", the check in staff placed it on the scales and advised him that he would have to remove a couple of Kg before they would accept it, so he removed something and it went on its merry way, anybody else ever seen anything odd or like this before?
