Anyone had this issue?
Trying to make a QF Hotels booking. Everything goes through to the final cart page, just keep clicking the 'Confirm & Pay' button but no other errors or anything visible on page. An inert button.

Have tried both:
- QF Hotels & Business Rewards Hotel portal

on Safari, Chrome on Mac and Safari on iOS

Are you overseas trying to book ?

I had no trouble booking except in Morocco where it simply would not work …

iCloud relay and via normal ISP on chrome.

Did you have the same issue?

I also need to follow up on the last 9 points offer - I have another booking showing as 3 points per dollar in the upcoming travel. I noticed in cart at the the time it was glitching back/forward with points estimates.

I have had this issue when trying to pay with Amex, even though they say they take Amex, I think for some properties there is a hidden setting that excludes it, switch to visa or Mastercard then it usually works.

Same here. However, oddly it's only my AMEX that won't work. My partner's card - a supplementary card, works just fine.

I’ve stopped using my AMEX for QF Hotels, I never get the QF Bonus points with Hotels (or Wine), so I use my NAB QF VISA (1:1 earn plus 1:1 QF bonus).

But otherwise no issue paying with AMEX as such.

You’re not paying the Hotel directly, so that shouldn’t be an issue.

But as with all things Qnatas it is consistently inconsistent, so if it fails with Amex I switch to Visa

Well it's still going and it's not just you. I'm having this right now. At home in Oz, paying with a mastercard, tried on three different browsers on two devices, switched icloud relay off (which only affects Safari anyway), switched off AdBlock Pro, switched off content blockers etc etc., clicking on the "Confirm and pay" button does nothing. Calling them now to make the booking that way instead.

hyphen yes. breaks a lot of QF stuff.

Just tried again on Business Rewards, still broken, the button does absolutely nothing. So frustrating.

The shopping portal is pure dog cough also, have to put my details in about 5 times, MFA 10 times and reset the slider back to 100% cash at least twice.

Plus their terrible detection for geolocation and unusual logins - often gives me the NZ site and if every time you login it's classed as unusual - something is wrong with the system.

far out. Tried again with another person in the booking and yep @bpc you're correct - the hypen in one of the names breaks it. Who does the acceptance testing for this hot garbage?

Last time I tried to book on here I ended up spending over an hour with one of their app support people and just had compensation points credited.

Yeah I'm a hyphen too. I did tell them what I suspected was happening but it won't go anywhere.

This was my first Qantas Hotels booking, did it for a promo with QBR to get 10,000 points. Since they only accept credit cards, not PayPal or Apple Pay or anything else, and I can't very well change my name on my card, guess it's my last.
