United Fixing Computer Issue With 757 Fleet « CBS Chicago

United Airlines said Tuesday afternoon that many of its customers are likely to see flight delays or cancellations over the next day or so, while crews perform maintenance on “air data computers” on board its fleet of Boeing 757 aircraft.

United spokesman Mike Trevino said that the airline was performing “unscheduled maintenance” on all 96 of its Boing 757s starting Tuesday afternoon, to perform “a modification to the 757 air data computers.”
