Unable to checkin online?

I'm on a flight to the US tomorrow. I've had a message saying I can check-in online, and yup, the check-in button is good! Went through loads of questions... Passenger Attestation form done... but then when it goes to 'Reviewing your details', I get this dreaded image:



Oh no. Is there a known issue? Maybe online check-in with multiple airlines is broken? I'm off to LA->Miami.

It's because you need a document check done to confirm.

AUS/LHRvv will actually now issue a BP online as the restrictions have lifted for PCR tests etc.

Ah brilliant. That’s good news. I thought I was doomed. My flight is 10am (BNE) - so with this, getting there by 07.00 should be ok. I’m hoping.
