I’ve been trying to book a Sydney - heathrow flight online and I can see a number of flights available, including some classic rewards, but as soon as I log into frequent flyer, all the flights disappear!

Anyone else seeing this or managed to resolve if they’ve had it happen before?

Seems fine here.
Sometime the cookies are funny, and clearing them can help, but I only had that issue for "managing bookings" and "managing lounge invites" pages.
Anyway, try to clear them (or use another browser, or go in incognito mode) to see if it helps.

Thanks Chris. Tried all that and nothing worked, so not sure what’s happened there.

I can book other destinations, it’s just that specific journey. Trying to call them now to book instead 🤞

It was really strange. Didn’t matter if I used safari, chrome or the app they all did the same thing. Even tried using my partners FF account and it did the same thing.

I managed to get through on the phone in the end to book the flight at least.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone.
