UA Economy Plus...worth it?

Booked to travel MEL to LAX in June on a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner.

I have the option to pay to "upgrade" to Economy Plus.

Is it worth paying an extra $186 (unsure if USD or AUD) for a mere 3in?

Also, regarding Premier Access, it seems this has been "purchased" for some legs of my flights but not two legs. See below. I did not purchase these, or are they added automatically?
