We have a few. Younger son knew Sarah Snook through school mates. It was a well known theatrical performance school.. I was doing google searches just now of actors from SA and using the AI version. I threw up Scott Hicks. It then listed his productions. One of whom was a Ben Folds Bio. We lived in Ben Folds rented property in Norwood. How did we know? He used the bedroom in the cellar as his music room and his signature was all over the walls. Son was impressed. Cellar was his bedroom.

Watching The Testaments (Teen jumped ahead of us, we're now catching up to her; she hasn't watched or read Handmaid's Tale).
Also watching The Americans, US Ghosts, Palm Royale, and one or two other shows I can't remember.

I have read the Testaments, but can't remember any of the plot now, so I don't know how accurate the series is to the book.

I have just finished The Pitt
I held off for a long time as I usually dont watch medical shows (having lived it IRL/irritated by upside down XRays etc).
Soooo good.
The hourly episodes of each shift plus a few more for unpaid overtime is really clever.
They have multiple doctors who work on the show including an Australian who has done emergency medicine in the US for 35 years.
It is well done

Just started Legends on Netflix. Touted as a slow horses type of show. Looks good so far. Legends review – Steve Coogan takes on Britain’s biggest drug gang

Tried to watch Widow’s Bay which is being promoted as a “masterpiece”. While I like Matthew Rhys but, nah, just couldn’t get into it.

Apple TV hits the jackpot with this masterful dark comedy

Widow’s Bay will please anyone alive to the devilish wonder of great horror films and novels. It may give you nightmares, but at least you’ll wake up laughing.
