TV series discussion {'ware Spoiler Alert}

Decided to resubscribe to Netflix for a short while and unexpectedly found an excellent British police drama (most of the ones we watch are on Brit box)
Dept Q. I do love the British police dramas everyone seems to have shades of gray. Sadly I didn't find it early enough today to binge the 8 episodes..I shall be finishing it tomorrow

I haven't found it to be terribly dark but there are definitely angst moments , typical that I have found of modern day British police shows. There are some tragic moments. Note I have only watched five out of the eight . Not sure there will be a true happy ending but geez there are some twists and turns

We've almost finished watching Wednesday season 2.
Mr Katie and I started the second season of Nine Perfect Strangers the other day, already finished 3 episodes.

Season 2 wasnt as strong as season 1 IMO, but the back 4 were better than the first 4. Absolutely loved Enid and Agnes's dance number.

Billie Piper seemed wasted obviously bigger things planned for her in Season 3 if it gets the go ahead.

The actor playing Pugsley had doubled in height between seasons.

Agree, just finished watching the last ep. Pugsley has had the teenage growth spurt!

I’m currently wondering if Billie’s character was telling Enid porky pies.

3 Ep. into the House Of Guinness on Netflix. Quite watchable. Some scenes seem a little over the top but then reading their history it is if anything, understated.

There are times when I think it is a little "young" for us but I am accepting there is a a bit of license involved. We did struggle with Ep. 1

Yes, I don’t think I am the target audience It definitely seemed aimed at a younger demographic.
