Anyone get into Yellowstone??? We loved it - that Beth is a fantastic character . . .
Love it - Beth is great

Tip: Typical US cough sound recording, I missed the odd bit of dialogue until I had the thought to adjust the the factory sound settings on my newish Sony TV. In the equaliser settings (Settings/Sound/Equaliser) I reduced the base controls and raised the treble settings and this made it clearer.
We use subtitles on everything!

Both Yellowstone and 1883 are very good. Though are somewhat different in style.

1932 and 6666 (The Texas Ranch) are also underway as separate series storylines in Taylor Sheridan‘s growing Yellowstone-verse.

Plus Yellowstone Season 5 Part 2 is also underway.

Great heads up - thank you

Yup. Loved it - helps we grew up in the era of cowboy films at the Satdee arvo flicks.....Try Longmire too, an Australian actor Robert Taylor who you'll instantly recognise, though as we watched it a year or two ago I'm not sure where you'd find it. In fleeing the endless AFL coverage I started watching Billions. I got muddled at the convoluted story line, was getting a bit sick of it anyway then checked and I had another season and a half to go. Argh. Not likely

So noticed Disney Plus have increased their annual subscription by $30 / 33% (from $89.99 to $119.99), have to consider if there is a enough non kiddie content to justify keeping it come July when mine is up for renewal. Makes it almost double the cost of a year of Prime (which also has the advantage of free Amazon shipping).

I think that price increase happened some time again..
We are actually cancelling most of our yearly subscriptions. Amazon prime has them, eg MGM, Paramount etc , as monthly subscription so we will start to do it that way.

The price change applies form June for Annual subscriptions (July for me) and 1 August for Monthly subs - yes it was announced a while ago but I didn't realise it was such a hike. Annual still gets you 2 months free so still bets value over all.

WRT to subscribing via Prime/Amazon or Optus Sub Hub (which saves 10%) Im not sure if you need to close existing account and get a new one to switch.
