TK flooding radio with adverts for this atm
Nope. [maybe never because now i realise the intention is to remove the KL stop by 2026 upon delivery of the A35K's...]Are they selling the KUL-IST leg separately?
A few but none are cheap.side note, any lounges I can get into?

Several international airlines host lounges at Sydney International Airport - Check them out herewww.sydneyairport.com.au
Believe the House offers cheaper 1hr and 2hr packages.
You could always hack a Dragonpass membership through MyRegus: Tutorial: How to get a Free Dragonpass Membership (2024)1hr for $36 sounds good since i'd be spending more on overpriced mcdonalds or something anyways

Can't see it on Google flights...Are they selling the KUL-IST leg separately?

Appears not, but perhaps they are restricted to one (ie MEL-SIN) and don’t want to go down the path of applying for further changes.Im going to guess that the SYD-KUL leg is not available as 5th feeedom yet is that right?
Possibly, but i just need to get to KL and my options end up being batik or air asia or Malaysian for direct. It'd be nice if there was an alternative since MH can be quite pricy.Appears not, but perhaps they are restricted to one (ie MEL-SIN) and don’t want to go down the path of applying for further changes.
I can’t help to think the route would be incredibly loss making however.
Looking to credit to which program?I am looking at the following routing:
SYD-AUH TK8621 (operated by Etihad)
AUH-IST TK869
IST-CMN TK617
Will I earn any miles and/or status miles on the SYD-AUH flight? The Turkish call centre agent advised that because this flight was operated by neither Turkish nor a Star Alliance airline, it would be ineligible to earn any miles. Is this correct? TK-numbered codeshare flights don't earn anything at all?
Sorry, to TK M&S.Looking to credit to which program?
Post #3 in this thread seem to indicate you will earn on a non-star codeshare, as long as you credit to TK. Which of course makes sense… otherwise there’d be a lot of cheesed off FF pax!Sorry, to TK M&S.
I thought that would be the case too but the agent was adamant that TK codeshares on non TK or *A operated flights would not earn in M&S.Post #3 in this thread seem to indicate you will earn on a non-star codeshare, as long as you credit to TK. Hello - that's me! I put in a retroclaim to M&S for that TK/MH codeshare flight a couple of years ago and the points did come through. But only after attempts to claim through QFF and KF failed.Post #3 in this thread seem to indicate you will earn on a non-star codeshare, as long as you credit to TK. My understanding from all the available literature is that you stay on the plane. Can anyone confirm if passengers stay on the aircraft during the technical stop in KUL on the Turkish Airlines flight SYD-IST or if they get to disembark for a short period.
