Trying to process an upgrade, website broken?

Hi folks,

I'm trying to get a points upgrade processed for next Monday, and the website lets me get to the 'payment' page before it pops up:

Sorry, the request cannot be processed. Please try again later, or contact KrisFlyer Membership Services.

And I get similar issues when I try to do seat selection - is the SQ website just temporarily broken (not that unusual from what I can tell), and I should just wait and try later, or should I be waiting in the krisflyer phone queue to get it sorted?

sorry I can't comment about the upgrade screen directly. but the SQ site was super slow for me yesterday
 
So I actually got through to the call centre pretty fast, and they did say they were having issues and would have to process me manually (they also gave me the 15% online discount even before I asked). So if anyone else is having issues with the SQ website today, I'm guessing you'll be better off just calling!

The SQ website continuously has issues. I can't update anything to do with my booking as it was made through an agent through a standard browser, and the service is mediocre through a mobile browser or client. I wonder if they have a vacancy for an Enterprise Architect?

Yeah - plus I have to say it's not the nicest thing to work with when it's functioning as designed.

I'm a mere network security guy, and I suspect even I could improve their application performance!

Nope - apart from the points upgrade on one sector which is the first thing that caused issues. It's a bog standard (bought on the SQ web site) BNE-SIN-BLR-SIN-BNE...

Well enjoy the upgraded sector if not the online checkin.
 
It's my first SQ flight in anything other than economy, so I am really rather looking forward to it!
 
I am still having on luck…booked one flight ok…went to book another….no go, rang KrisFlyer was offered 15% off manual booking….but had to send printed Nominee form via email Friday
About three day wait for processing…..site still has problems this morning Saturday 22 Sep. 12…..why are we waiting for this site to be FIXED!!

wow - I can add Nominees via the website..it is inconsistent.

I just booked tickets by phone….nominee added on site, and the guy was a great help…..PHEE!!
