Haven’t seen any discussion on this elsewhere, has anyone made any TRS claims recently? Is the office open or are they on paper and drop box method until it is busier? We have a bit to claim on Sunday, wondering if there are queues, if we need to bring extra invoice copies, etc.

I travelled on 26th Dec to Fiji .Flight at 0930. There were 2 people ahead of me.I had hard copy of receipt, but everything was uploaded to TRS app as well.It was for a mobile phone and the lady checked the phone in settings to see if model number corresponded.

Where are you flying out off? TRS has been operating in most major airports at least since we were allowed to leave (and before).

From memory, the two times departed Australia whilst there were restrictions on departing (Aug 2020, Jan 2021) it was even operating then.
