TripADeal with 50% off using Qantas points

What are everyone’s thoughts on Tripadeal’s current promotion for 50% off using Qantas points? It works out about 2c a credit. No doubt you could get a better use of points but I thought it seemed like not a bad deal.

2 cents per point is solid, assuming the underlying price of the tour is good value and not inflated.

2 cents per point isn't bad. In fact, the China Discovery Tour at 49,950 Qantas points is really quite excellent value given it includes return flights and a 10-day tour in China. It would cost you more points just to book return QF Classic Reward seats in Y from SYD-PVG!
