I have just been to Europe and it was amazing, i enjoyed a four week holiday and academic tour.

The service on singapore Airline was first class even though i didn't fly fight class. i enjoyed it alot and plan to fly with Singapore in the near future.

I too share your opinion that SQ is the best in the world when it comes to service, the Western carriers could certainly learn alot from the way they treat their customer.
