Travelling international on JASA .Should I check in at home or at the airport? Does it make any difference ??

Doesn't hurt to OLCI at home, you don't need to print your BP as they can do it for you when you check your bags in. If anything it somewhat reduces the chances of your seat being taken by a CL..

I'd always allocate your seat immediately you have done the booking then I'd be inclined to OLCI so if they did try & change your seat you at least have proof that you did actually hold those seats at some stage. As you're WP just use the First Class checkin counter at SYD intl to do the bag drop.
