Flew into Frankfurt on QF, then train (booked on DB) from Frankfurt to Berlin.
Train (booked on DB) from Berlin to Amsterdam.
Bus (booked on Eurolines) from Amsterdam to Prague.
Train (booked on CDOS.cz) from Prague to Vienna.
Train (booked on OEBB.at) from Vienna to Venice.
Trains (couldn't pay for online with the Trenitalia website, bought our tickets on arrival into Venice) from Venice to Florence to Rome with a mixture of EuroStar Italia and Trenitalia. The Eurostar from Venice to Florence was a very nice ride, even in coach.
Flew (booked on Vueling's website) from Rome to Barcelona, and Barcelona to Paris.
Train (booked on Eurostar) from Paris to London, first class.
Train (booked on National East Coast Express) from London to Edinburgh, first class.
Flew (booked on BA.com) from Edinburgh to London, then (booked on QF) London to Perth via Singapore.
