Saw this on my AMEX this morning. Does anyone know what it is?

23 Sep TRAVEL SERVICE FEES PTY LTD MELBOURNE VI $7.00

The only recent travel I did was with DJ this week and it was to HBA. Hmmm ...

I 'dunno, I think "Travel Services Fee" is pretty descriptive  but yes, it should have Virgin or something written there.

I was more thinking CC processing fee, or phone fee or something. Not food!! lol :)

... they really need to be more descriptive so people don't wonder what the heck it is
You mean as descriptive as this company?

Just as well I had booked a room in Athens a day or so before and put 2 and 2 together. Got charged in TNY as well instead of EUR as was quoted when I booked the room....

After your excruciating encounter with a stationary object, maybe the Royal Flying Doctor charged you for those nuts

I also had some weird transcription descriptions like that from shopping in Korea. Even fairly "mainstream" names like Calvin Klein etc came up as gibberish on the statement.
