Travel Insurance.

Over the last few years I have travelled to Europe depending on my NAB Gold Card to cover me for insurance. Fortunately without having to make a claim.
I have now reached 75 and am aware that this insurance still covers me for all items as before except for medical. I have no medical issues and intend to continue to use the NAB insurance for cancellation issues etc. etc. and thought that I could buy medical/accident insurance elsewhere. It appears that such a policy does not exist, (or at least I can't find it).
Insurance companies are happy to sell me a complete travel policy, at great expense, which would give me double cover for areas I do not need.
Does anyone know a company that sells an accident/medical policy, that excludes existing conditions, for a period of two months in Europe?

You will probably struggle to get a very specific policy that only covers those items which your NAB card doesn't. "At great expense" is hard for me to judge given the subjective nature of the statement but I've been eying off these:

For annual policies (single trips are a bit pricey). I'm starting to get tired of continually reading and re-reading the various credit card policies and trying to work my way through the various T&C's (which are all subtly different).
