Transiting in Singapore on separate tickets

Will there be any issues transiting in Singapore if arriving on QF and then connecting to JQ on separate tickets but with no checked luggage (which means I can online check-in for the JQ flight)? I recall there being some problems with this during Covid.

Do you mean 3K? I did a similar transit recently (TR to 3K), and armed with a mobile boarding pass there wasn't a problem flitting between T1 and T4, with a slight sojourn in the T1 QF J lounge.
