Transit Process at FRA

We will be flying on a LM redemption SYD-BKK-FRA-OPO. There is a 3 hr gap between our arrival and departure at FRA. Am I correct that we will have to do an immigration check at FRA but the customs check will be at OPO? We don't need visas for anywhere we will be covering during the rest of the trip.
