There is the Louis Tavern CIP lounge. Very limited offerings and from memory it costs ~$30 for 2 hours.
I have been in there before when it was used as a temporary lounge by some of the airlines. I have been past it recently. I would not pay the money but that is up to the indiviidual. If I just wanted a drink I would go and buy a couple of beers for ~110 baht and sit down and drink them while people watching....
The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.
Rather than a lounge, can be great spending an hour or so having a leg/back/shoulder massage in one of the massage places. Great way to fill in some time.
