I just got this promotion from QFF:

Register then transfer your credit or charge card reward points to Qantas Points* by 30 June 2025 for your chance to win two return Business Class flights to any Qantas destination worldwide. You'll receive one entry into the draw for every 20,000 reward points transferred.

Plus, you’ll receive a $100 Qantas Hotels & Holidays voucher for your first transfer of 20,000 points.

Worth doing? I'm not sure - I was hoping for bonus points with transfer, rather than just entry into a competition and $100 hotel voucher...

Yeah agreed, I prefer a 15% bonus or something. I’ll do 20,000 as it seems worth it for $100 voucher. But won’t do any more for “entries”.

I’ll do the same.

So… do you have to transfer 20,000 Amex Rewards points (which becomes 10,000 QFF points) or 40,000 Amex points (which becomes 20,000 QFF points)?

I think it needs to end up as 20,000 QF points based on the T&Cs.

The terms and confditions for both the business class competition and $100 Qantas Hotels voucher provides:

b) successfully transfer a minimum of 20,000 credit or charge card reward points to Qantas Points between 12.01am (AEST) 12 June 2025

So it looks like it's 20,000 Amex points rather than 20,000 Qantas points (or 40,000 Amex points).

Yeah it’s inconsistent. Further down it says:

Entry: Eligible Entrants must register via an email promoting the competition and successfully make a minimum transfer for 20,000 Qantas Points from their credit or charge card that allows them to transfer their reward points to Qantas Points.

Yeah it’s inconsistent. Further down it says:
That's true. Although the part you quoted only appear for the competition and not the $100 voucher.

The full terms and conditions, however, says quite clear that it's 20,000 Qantas points.

Perhaps to be safe one should transfer 40,000 Amex points for 20,000 Qantas points.

I note the article in the Executive Traveller it mentions 20,000 reward points.
