Sorry for your loss during this time.
I am not familiar with Skywards program, however just reading through their terms and conditions and it states that membership is terminated upon member's death Skywards - Terms and Conditions
Generally with frequent flyer programs, unless you have the ability to transfer points into your account (as a family pooling option) I would say the chances are no.

I would be inclined to try and access your brothers account online and do the transfer before Emirates are notified of the death.

A recent account here if someone who's husband died resulted in the loss of the points as the transfer was not done before the airline were notified of the passing.

My condolences for the bereavement in the family,

Thanks to all for their kind words, will try the account option, is there a limit on incorrect guesses?

Really sorry to hear that :(

Can you try getting into his e-mail first and then doing a password recent on the account?
