Transfer / gifting of MR points

Hi everyone,

I'm wanting to rearrange my Amex card portfolio between myself and my partner, part of my plan is to transfer MR points between accounts. Has anyone ever done this or had any experience?

A quick google and I can find an AMEX form for "request points gift"....which looks legit and explains the T&Cs.

Would be nice if anyone had any recent experience with the above and that the form//offer is current. If no luck from posters here I'll chase Amex to confirm.

Someone just ask this in another post within the last few days if you search you will find it.

Limit of 50,000 per calendar year.

I did have a search prior and struggled to find anything.
By any chance do you remember which thread?
Ill have a second better research.

We we have just made some redemptions so dried up our accounts...so the 50k limit won't be an issue.

Yes you can transfer points. Yes the form is legitimate. Yes it takes a long time.
