Transfer Ascent Premium to spouse's Ascent

I seem to recall reading previously that one can transfer points from an Ascent Premium (Plat Charge) to Ascent (spouse's Plat Edge) at no charge. Has anyone done this in the last couple of years since the Membership Rewards changes, and know the process?

(I know this would lose access to Qantas, but that isn't a big deal compared to the much better partner programs, and the tradeoff is better consolidation and the possibility of international transfer.)
