a bit rookie question here, could we possibly Transfer AA miles to hotel points or other airline points. I only got limit points in aa account and definately not enough for any flight redeemption. Just wondering if there is a way to transfer it to other rewards program so i could combine them.

any help is appreciated

If your other choices don't work out you could buy points in AA to top up to a reward flight. They seem to have deals on buying miles at least once every couple of months. I read Trans Tasman flights in business class on QF are good redemption value.
