Tracking down flight history with Virgin Oz

Any advice on how to track down flight history with Virgin? Requested and got lifetime QFF history in minutes for a cost of 2500 points. So far have sent an online query and a made a fruitless phone call to Velocity and got nothing.

Also, any advice on tracking down pre-administration (1999-2001) Global Rewards flight history?

Sorry to not be able got help, but I am interested in how and what you got in QFF history. Was this full details of flights etc? I'd be really interested in getting this for myself.

Rang QFF customer service and requested it - mine was back to 2006, which was when I joined. You can request flights only or all transactions - details are as per the normal statement, ie. date, flight #, status credits, points, cabin points etc. They stated up to 20 w/days due to printing house etc, but I got it in about a week. Apparently they get this request often as a requirement for a UK Visa?
