To stay Milan and Lake Como Sept?

Airbnb and hotel recommendations please for above two places in Sept 2016?

Hotel Metropole for Bellagio, Lake Como. Very nice spacious clean rooms, it is on the lake-side of the esplanade whereas most hotels in that area are on the other-side of the street - the consequence being that you get uninterrupted views of the lake, plus waterside seating for breakfast (plus any other meals you choose the have there obviously!). The views from the restaurant are something else.

We've stayed at this hotel twice, we didn't even bother looking at other options when we returned.
