I finally received my *A Gold card with the TK package that arrived yesterday. Nice folder with the card, a second card with a slit through which to insert a nice leather belt to attach to bags. Saw this as one of the benefits.

Has anyone here used it successfully and what routes offer particularly good companion fare deals? Does one just log in to their Miles&Smiles account then book online or do you need to call for this benefit?
