Tips for registering Aussie Issued Intl Vaccine Cert for Malaysia

Has anyone had any luck registering their Australian Gov issued International Vaccine certificate within the Malaysian MySafe Travel site. Every time I try to upload the certificate QR code and verify there is a discrepancy with the name. I've tried matching the certificate Surname, Firstname Middlname format, caps and every permutation in between including reading the QR code and trying what's in that to no luck.

Am I missing something?

I randomly read somewhere of people having this same issue, try different combos of the first and last and middle names. Research that, and it will probably be your answer.
