Time to credit Partner SC to VA? Experiences?

I have found DL quite quick as well. With EY you have to sure your number is on your boarding pass.
A trip I took had it on the booking on both VA and EY sites so I never even asked when I checked in but then I ended up having to do a retro which takes ages.
It's really cough they can't speed it up!!!

My EY credit took about 4 months, which actually benefited me. If it had of happened straight away, I would have missed SG

My two recent DL flights, Sept 30, Oct 3, haven't credited yet, but the VA longhaul flights did virtually before I landed.

Will contact Velocity after 14 days has expired.

Previously, I've found DL flights to credit within a day as well.

3 of 4 recent SQ flights credited within two days of the flights. Had to submit a retro claim for the fourth, which posted within 24 hours from time of claim.

How did that work (assuming SC's credit back to actual flight date - not posting date)? Did VFF extend Gold status by 4 months?

I was hoping that VA would do that with me - the flight that didn;t post was processed in my new membership year, but SC were posted in the previous year

Would certainly have liked those 120 SC this year!

My retro claims for HA flights 22nd & 25th (this one was for ORC) September posted 28th October. Back to Platinum status with new review date of 29th October 2015.

It took four days for my VS flight to credit to my VA account, but that included a public holiday and a weekend.

For interest, VS were offering W to J upgrades at LHR check in for GBP575. From memory, I think I could have booked in J class originally for something close to that.

My husband boarded a VA flight code share SQ Sydney to Singapore at 7pm last night, all points including bonus and SC were in my pooled account by 9 am this morning!

Hello everyone,
Just reviving this thread to seek travellers' experiences with Hawaiian Airlines' flights crediting to Velocity.
It has been a week since my Hawaiian Airlines' flights, my Velocity number was included in the booking and shown on my boarding pass, but as yet the points and status credits have not posted. How long should I wait for the points and status credits to post before lodging a retro claim for those flights?
Cheers.

Call the GCC & have them raise the retro for you now; You won't be able to do it online yourself for HA flights, might as well see what they say...
General rule of thumb is 14 days before submitting a retro.

Having flown EY and DL extensively over the last few years, DL is pretty quick. EY sometimes needed some intense follow up. VX was fine and quick.

I've just had an absolute shocker with an EY booking. Flights taken end July ATH-AUH-MEL-SYD. Only the VA MEL-SYD sector credited automatically. Waited and waited, then put in online retro-claim for the EY flights. Waited another two weeks and now they have only credited AUH-MEL asking me to send in the e-ticket for ATH-AUH.
Very frustrating as the entire booking is on one PNR booked directly with EY.

If this is any indication of the retro-claims process I'll be giving VA a miss in future. All just too hard :(
