Ticket no show

Hi all,

Hope this is the right place to post this question. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

My partner and I are booked to fly to Manila on Cebu Pacific at the end of this week.

Unfortunately he might not be able to go. If he is a now show, would there be an issue with me flying? We are on the same ticket so not sure how it would work if he didn't fly.
