Booked on their website, directly, for a hotel in Melbourne, approx $560 or so, the website promised 3000 IHG one points earnable.
In the past, after the say, the hotel details were listed in past stays.
Paid with $, so no points were used in this stay, past stays were fine, but this time, the past stay of this particular stay has disappeared.
The confirmation # brings up "booking not found", not happy "Jan".
Looks like IHG is bad as FB travel, in not issueing points for stays, as per the usual, ie, stay, provide membership #, and the points would appear, or even if not, at the least, that past stay would be on record.
Back to Accor we go.

What happened when you contact IHG support? I've found them very good. They are often happy to comp me 10K points for my trouble if there is any issue too.

How long has it been since you checked out? Some hotels can take up to a week before it shows up in past stays with points allocated

I had a recent stay post as "Non earning" even though the booking confirmation email showed the expected points earn amount.

I just lodged a online claim and it was sorted overnight.

I too also stayed in a hotel in Melbourne this week; checked out on Thursday and already got my points (including bonus points and bonus elite qualifying nights). Don't think this makes a difference, but booked via the IHG app.

The stay will post after a week or so.

This delay occurs at IHGs in many countries including Australia

Happened to me several times

The Frequent Flyer Concierge team takes the hard work out of finding reward seat availability. Using their expert knowledge and specialised tools, they'll help you book a great trip that maximises the value for your points.

AFF Supporters can remove this and all advertisements

It may night just be a property that’s not fully integrated into the IHG system. Accor has a bunch of properties like this which causes similar issues. Which hotel was it?

Paging the Pooch. Which dog box?
Looks like they didn't get the confirmation bias they were after and now have their tail between their legs i.e. they've been active and posting yesterday but haven't bothered to come back to this thread.

Poochie will be along shortly. Patience Grasshopper. 😉

Edit: Tends to wander off whenever he gets out of the yard
