it very strange at the stage, when i fly first time on virgin blue (checking out what it like) and find food just coughpy because as we thought we get nearly same as qantas meal, as all i can see qantas is offering cheaper fly same as virgin blue what is the biggest different, on DJ flight i didnt like it because no tv no radio, all u have to pay for food and drinks as i looked the price didnt realise the can of coke cost $3.30 (very much double) and i looked at the beer cost $7 (double), why selling something from virgin blue i am not soooooooooooooooooo comfortable to be in DJ ever the seat is ok but too small it was like sqeeze together with 3 people seat not enough room put arm move around, and find not surprising that dont have business class in DJ just all small seat, my main concern was baggage allowances and how many bag in the carrier it seem me that was maxium on aircraft do u believe that was restrict for weight and safety on aircraft, i am not surprise how virgin hire people that who dont have enough experience, all my years been in RAAF knows about safety regulations, last year i was booked for a flight from BNE to MEL, than 3 days later i was pretty stuck there was traffic delay on freeway,there was huge accident happen and i call virgin blue on my mobile phone, i ask if i can transfer other time as virgin blue said NO and they will cancelled and told me i have to pay for the flight next day and i hang up not happy because of traffic delay, so went back to hotel again for overnight i was bit complaint about it and i have to pay upfront for the next flight (fully amount of cost) as virgin blue didnt apologise. and realise some people who miss their flight on that day due of accident on freeway some were complaint infront of customer service and they didnt do anything at all. i will never fly on virgin blue again due of their lack at all
