Well a man in a suit put up a tent in Lincoln Park Carlton in view of our office and then slept in it on Friday night. Still there Saturday morning but not in a suit.

Wouldn't be a trip to the village without getting bogged again. Lots of torrential rain and our land is not far above the flood plain.

I like reversing the rental car into the garage so have to do 3 or more point turn. Just went a touch too far and the front tyres sink. The hole made by the spinning tyres was about a foot deep.

Finally got out next afternoon with a little help from neighbours. I then made sure to Change my 3-point turn strategy.

On our road trip to the South Island of NZ. We stayed in Oamaru and spent the afternoon exploring. We're enjoying how NZ does mountains properly, compared to the Australian "dulating" countryside, and a kiwi friend described it.
