A visit to the charming Heimaey Island, one of the Westman Islands of Iceland. (Pronounced hay-may-ay.)

Perfect weather for the multitude of puffins to be out of their burrows. Eggs usually hatch mid July, but we can’t see inside the burrows.

Looks like the 2 birds on the left are deliberately looking away & aren't very happy with the bird that is about to land & saying "not this one again" ... The one at the right is giving a puzzled look "what do you think you are doing - coming to land here? You outta your mind or what!"
