Here for a 2 night relax after our family jaunt and Granddaughter's first Virgin flights (J of course) first bus ride (cradle mountain shuttle) first boat ride (around Port Arthur.). First hike (Dove Lake) and currently on her first QF flights back home to NTL.

We stayed there a few years back - and about this time of year as well. Cottage as well. Have they fixed the driveway yet - it was full of potholes!

Sydney Good Food & Wine show. Apparently my A*G card doesn’t work here…


but a good few (5) hrs sampling various wines and food! Nice to get to the Coonawarra and Margret River etc without the schlep! Only a train in and back home.

I had freebie tickets via Wine Selectors but for about $50 it’s quite a good event if you’re in town over the weekend. Although I expect tomorrow and Sunday could be manic.
