Yet to try that property so keen to see any reviews and what their elite treatment is like

Had booked a Premium room and upgraded to a Palace club room all on the ground floor @jase05
Will do a review in Accor thread.
NDBH has more of the Balinese feel that we like, staff so far have been very welcoming. They do have pool access rooms I think @bPeteb had one a few years back.

Yes, I do prefer a private pool or pool access but it’s not a deal breaker. The property looks nice and we head over most years so will have to give it a try next time
