Our six month wine order was due so did quick trip to McKellar Ridge Wines, Murrumbateman to see if they had anything new and
a quiet glass. They did.

....plus a quiet schooie by the fire place at the George Harcourt then home. Pleasant way to kill a couple of hours in the afternoon.

John and Marina have a great operation at McKellar Ridge. We have enjoyed their company and bought many a bottle for several years now.

Definitely one of our favourites. We like it because it's an old style cellar door, not flashy like some of the bigger operations. When you're doing a tasting, you're talking to the maker. John was working yesterday, said it'd been busy between the Wine Hopper bus and people popping out to see what's new like us.
