Given it’s a frequent flyer forum I suppose I should include a view of the airport.

This is Innsbruck airport viewed from the Hafelekarspitze office.

It sits at 2,334m or 7,657 feet for the aviators amongst us.

I was in Sapporo yesterday and the food was so good.

And so affordable too. Most of those bakery items were priced between ¥120-280. So affordable.

Half is the Raffles, half is the Fairmont.
We have stayed at the Fairmont and that was great but the Raffles is our usual digs when in Doha now.

That explains it. Raffles signs very prominent as I walked by, and a few Fairmont traffic barriers. I thought it must have changed brands.

I'm glad they put the traffic cones out in the parking area.

From the side you are at there the Fairmont occupies the right tower and the Raffles is the left tower. The lobby for each hotel is only a short distance.
Many people walk in off the street just to check out the lobby areas. Raffles especially is spectacular
